I am a new Doula who became enraptured with birth at the birth of my daughter in 2006. Since then I have had a son as well and have been the lucky Doula at several births in Santa Barbara. I am currently fulfilling my requirements to be certified by DONA. I believe in the power of birth. The power it has to so deeply effect our lives and the beautiful, empowering event it can be.
