I am honored to be on the path of my heart's calling. I have always known that my contribution to my community would involve the mind, body, and soul connection. Pregnancy and the journey of childbirth is a very powerful, intimate, and spiritual experience. I feel that trusting in our bodies and surrendering to the natural process of giving birth along with the guidance of a Doula is most helpful. I have a deep desire to help support women and families through this magical time that will be a lifetime memory.

As a Doula I will listen to your needs, desires, and fears and create a sacred space for processing and creating your vision of bringing your baby in to the world with LOVE. I will assist both the woman and partner in preparing for and carrying out their plans for birth. I will be present throughout the entire labor, offering emotional support and physical comfort measures.

I have completed the DONA (Doula's of North America) training and am currently working on my certification. After traveling and living in many beautiful places, I have settled in Santa Barbara where I met my husband in 2003. We were blessed to have our daughter at home in the hands of beautiful midwives in 2006. I also am a volunteer coordinator for Mamatoto which is an attachment parenting mama and baby support and interactive group. Another passion of mine is photography and I offer pregnancy, family and birth photography.
