Congratulations on being pregnant. I remember when I was pregnant I had many important choices to make and many more questions to ask. I hope to wholeheartedly serve birthing woman and their families during the most extraordinary time of their life - having a child. It is of no doubt that every woman will for their life time remember their birth story.

My purpose as a doula is to assist woman to have their memory of giving birth one they will always cherish what ever their birth story maybe. More specifically, I can help you formulate your birth plan or wishes, offer information and support as you weave your way through pregnancy.

During labor, I may rub of apply pressure to your back, help hold you up when standing or squatting, suggest different positions to help labor progress, I can also take photo's for you - all depending on your needs, and be a sounding board to your wishes, thoughts and concerns, After the birth of your baby I can assist with breast-feeding, help to promote bonding between mother, other parent and newborn and most importantly be consistently and unconditionally there for you as you embark on this journey into motherhood.

I have a background in counseling and clinical hypnotherapy. I'm a mother to my son who was born into the loving hands of my midwives.
