My name is Aparna Khanolkar and I am an Ayurvedic postpartum doula serving Santa Barbara, Ojai and Ventura. My main focus is on helping the mother return to balance after the birth and to help with with prooer foods and herbs to rejuvenate her body/mind. My specialty is ayurvedic massage for mother and baby. I have worked with over 65 families and am the author of the book, "A Mother's Blessing" -- An Ayurvedic Perspective on Caring for New Mothers.
